LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF USE

1. Ownership and Corporate Identity

Oak Cliff DTF is a trade name operated by VOTC GROUP LLC. All content included on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VOTC GROUP LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

2. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Oak Cliff DTF for printing, the customer warrants that they own the rights to the intellectual property or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright/trademark holder.

  • Customer Responsibility: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOTC GROUP LLC (DBA Oak Cliff DTF) from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from allegations of copyright or trademark infringement related to the files you provide.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing material that is deemed illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Limitation of Liability

Oak Cliff DTF provides custom printing services "as is" without any further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Production Risks: While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for variations in color saturation, slight alignment shifts, or minor texture differences inherent in the Direct to Film (DTF) process.

  • Economic Loss: Under no circumstances shall VOTC GROUP LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or event deadlines) resulting from production delays, shipping errors, or product defects. Our total liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the printed product.

4. Finality of Custom Sales

In accordance with industry standards for custom-manufactured goods, all sales are final. Because products are produced to specific customer requirements, they cannot be resold; therefore, no returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted once production has commenced.

5. Fraud & Dispute Resolution

We employ advanced fraud detection software. Any attempt at unauthorized credit card use or the filing of a fraudulent chargeback—including claims based on "color matching" or "carrier delays" which are expressly excluded in our store policies—will be contested. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs, including reasonable attorney fees.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from transactions with Oak Cliff DTF shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings shall be located in Dallas County, Texas.
