Returns, Printing & Shipping
1. Final Sale & No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, processed, or printed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Pick-up Orders: Customers must inspect all items before leaving the store. Once the order leaves our premises, it is considered accepted in its final condition.

Abandoned Orders: Orders not collected within 30 days will be discarded. No refunds, credits, or reprints will be issued for abandoned items.
2. Printing Limitations & Color Expectations
We utilize CMYK + White ink DTF technology. Please be aware that digital screens (RGB) display colors differently than physical ink.

No Specialty Inks: We do not print neon, fluorescent, metallic, chrome, glitter, or reflective effects.

Gold Tones: Shiny or metallic golds will print as flat mustard or dark yellow tones. * Color Matching: We do not guarantee exact matches for Pantone, Hex, or RGB codes. Vibrancy may vary based on garment color and ink absorption.

Finish: All prints result in a standard matte finish.
3. File Submission & Design Responsibility
We print exactly what you upload. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure files are print-ready. We are not liable for:

Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork (300 DPI recommended).

Spelling, grammar, or layout errors.

Unremoved backgrounds or accidental semi-transparent "glow" effects.

Sizing: We resize proportionally based on the longest side of the dimensions you select. We will not distort or stretch your art to fill a space.

Gang Sheets: Files are printed as-is. We do not rearrange or optimize your layout.
4. Production & Application

Turnaround: While many orders finish within 2–3 hours, same-day service is not guaranteed. Production times vary based on volume and equipment maintenance.

Application: Proper heat press technique (temp, pressure, time) is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for peeling, cracking, or damage caused by improper application or fabric incompatibility.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Selection Errors: We offer a one-time courtesy adjustment if you accidentally select "Shipping" instead of "Pickup" (or vice versa). Subsequent errors will not be refunded or changed.

Carrier Delays: Once a package is with UPS/USPS, we are not responsible for transit delays, especially for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

Loss/Damage: We highly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier approves an insurance claim, we may offer a reprint at our discretion.
6. Fraud & Payment Disputes

Verification: High-risk orders may be held for manual phone/email verification.

Chargebacks: Because our products are custom, we do not accept chargebacks for "color expectations" or "customer file errors."

Fraud Policy: Filing a fraudulent dispute will result in a permanent ban from our online and physical stores, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for recovered funds.
