Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oak Cliff DTF. Our goal is to provide a seamless shipping experience. Please review the terms and conditions of our shipping policy below.

1. Processing & Production Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Require 1-3 business days for production.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • During high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather. We do not guarantee delivery dates provided by carriers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to Domestic Only

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Oak Cliff DTF is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Local Pickup

If you selected In-Store Pickup at checkout:

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days will be discarded and may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Damages, Lost, & Stolen Packages

Oak Cliff DTF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your investment against theft or loss.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
